Just like mom’s spaghetti, our Rustic Italian Soup Mix is made with an aromatic blend of Italian herbs—sub meat sauce for crispy bacon. And like all good Italian dishes, this one is best garnished with parmesan cheese. Crusty bread, warm from the oven optional, but recommended.

325 g SERVINGS: 8-10 x 2 CUPS
Directions:
1) In large pot, brown 1 chopped onion and 1 C chopped zucchini.
2) Pinch bag below noodles, pour noodles into a bowl and set aside.
3) Add remaining package contents and 10-12 C of water to pot; boil and simmer covered until cooked, (approx 2 hr).
4) In the last 15 min of cooking, add 1 package cooked, chopped bacon, 796 ml can diced tomatoes, 2 C spinach, and noodles. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with parmesan cheese
